Your Initial Session

Understanding Your Story

01

We start by listening. Learning about your symptoms, how they impact your daily life and what they are preventing you from doing are important to us. We explore your medical background, past injuries and any patterns in your pain, like what makes it better or worse. Understanding your story helps us connect the dots and help you get back to what you love.

Physical Assessment

02

Next, we take a closer look how your body moves and functions. We’ll assess your posture and how your muscles, joints and tissues are moving. This helps to identify what’s causing your pain and what factors might be contributing to it. By examining your movement and any compensations your body might be making, we build a clear picture of how best to support your body’s needs.

Treatment Plan

03

This is where everything comes together. Using the insights of our assessments, we’ll explain what’s happening in your body and discuss a clear path forward. Together, we’ll outline a treatment plan tailored to you. This includes what needs to be done, how often treatments should occur and how long the process might take. We’ll also provide guidance on what you can do outside of sessions to speed up recovery and prevent future issues.

Our plan is collaborative and your input matters. We want you to feel supported and confident in the path forward.

Treatment Process

Calm Symptoms

Our first priority is to ease your pain and discomfort. Using a variety of modalities, we aim to bring you quick relief so you feel more comfortable. By tuning into how your body responds, you play an active role in helping us guide your care.

Restore Movement & Improve Stability

Next, we focus on freeing up areas of tightness and stiffness so you feel lighter and more flexible. Gentle exercises will be introduced to create space for better movement.

Mastering Movement Patterns

Together, we’ll work on building a strong foundation so you can move with control, stability and balance. As you practice these movements, you'll notice a stronger sense of mind-body awareness and increased confidence when moving.

Build Strength
& Resiliency

Let’s strengthen your body to protect against future injuries and setbacks. Think of this as preparing your body to handle life’s challenges with greater strength and stability.

Return to Activity & Thrive

Finally, it's time to return to what you love, whether that's sports, hobbies, or enjoying life pain-free. As we guide you, your efforts to staying active and consistent with what we’ve practiced will be the key to long-term success. We're cheering you on, every step of the way!
