We start by listening. Learning about your symptoms, how they impact your daily life and what they are preventing you from doing . We explore your medical background, past injuries and pain patterns, like what makes it better or worse.

Next, we take a closer look how your body moves and functions. We’ll assess your posture and how your muscles, joints and tissues are moving. This helps to identify what’s causing your pain and what factors might be contributing to it.

 

By examining your movement and any compensations your body might be making, we build a clear picture of how best to support your body’s needs.

This is where everything comes together. Using the insights of our assessments, we’ll explain what’s happening in your body and discuss a clear path forward. This includes frequency of treatment and how long recovery might take. Guidance on what you can do outside of sessions to speed up recovery and prevent future issues will be provided.
